Acceptable Use
"My TE" is a free service introduced by Telecom Egypt to help us enhance our customer satisfaction and keep them updated with the latest offers and services we provide. Registering in "My TE" allows you to receive notifications for any news or updates about the services provided.
Strategy of Use
In order to avoid customer confusion, we decided to make the registration to this service via their telephone number although we usually depend on the customers' account numbers. Users have to register using their telephone numbers and the system will get the correspondent account number and any associated telephone number(s), if valid. After successfully completing registration, you will receive an email including the activation code. Then, you will be able to log in your profile, modify you data or unsubscribe from one or all the servies.
